FOREST ORDER USDA Forest Service Arapaho National Forest Sulphur Ranger District AREA ROADS AND TRAILS CLOSURE Pursuant to Title 16 U.S.C. § 551 and Title 36 Code of Federal Regulations (“C.F.R.”) § 261.50(a) and (b) the following acts are prohibited on all National Forest System lands in the area on the Sulphur Ranger District of the Arapaho National Forest in Grand Colorado hereinafter referred to as the Restricted Area Restricted Roads and Restricted Trails. These Restricted Area/Roads/Trails are depicted and shown on the attached map hereby incorporated into this order as Exhibit A. The purpose of this Order is to protect public health and safety. PROHIBITIONS: • Going into or being upon National Forest System Lands Roads and Trails in the Restricted Area. 36 C.F.R. § 261.53(e) 36 C.F.R. § 261.54(e) and C.F.R. § 261.55(a).
